Custom SaaS is our delivery model for custom software. The application is built specifically for your organisation, without turning the entire investment into one large upfront project. After development, you work with one fixed company-wide subscription.
That subscription keeps the partnership active. We manage the technical foundation and remain available as your processes, users or priorities change.
The exact agreements are always set out in your proposal. Within the agreed scope, the model covers the work required to keep your software useful and healthy.
A new module or substantial extension is not automatically treated as a small improvement. We discuss the impact, define the scope and quote that extension separately. This keeps the subscription predictable without pretending that every future idea is already included.
The software can continue to grow, with clear agreements on the difference between maintenance and a new project component.
