That regional base keeps communication direct. You speak with the team that analyses the process, builds the software and handles technical follow-up.

Custom software becomes relevant when those workarounds cost time or cause errors every week. We start with one defined process and decide which first version removes the most important bottleneck.
Tixer charges one fixed fee for the organisation. Growing your team therefore does not automatically add licence costs per employee.
You pay 20% of the annual price at the start and 50% at launch. The monthly subscription then begins. Hosting, security updates, technical maintenance, support and small improvements within the agreed scope remain included.
Proximity is useful, but it does not determine the right solution. We therefore do not begin with a predefined product or technical stack. We examine the roles, handovers, exceptions and existing systems involved in the process.
If a standard product fits well enough, we will say so. Custom development only makes sense when your way of working matters enough to build software around it.
