This page explains which information Tixer processes through this website, why it is used and how you can ask questions about it.
When you use the contact form, Tixer processes your name, email address, company name, selected topic and message to answer your question and discuss a possible software project.
The form uses a technical captcha to prevent abuse and automated submissions. We do not sell personal data or use contact details to build advertising profiles.
Tixer uses its own cookieless web analytics to understand which pages are visited and which content leads to an enquiry. This may process the page path, external referring website and campaign parameters. The website does not place advertising cookies for this purpose.
A functional language cookie remembers for up to one year whether you chose the Dutch or English website. This cookie is not used for advertising.
During your visit, the browser temporarily stores the first landing page, referrer and campaign parameters in sessionStorage. This information is only sent to Tixer when you submit the contact form. It disappears from the browser when the session ends.
We keep contact messages for as long as needed to handle your question and any commercial follow-up, or longer when a legal obligation requires it. Access is limited to people and technical providers that support the website, security and message delivery.
The website runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare may therefore process technical requests to deliver and secure the site.
You can ask which personal data Tixer processes about you and request correction, deletion or restriction when the law allows it. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests.
