If an existing product supports your process well, can be deployed quickly and causes no permanent workarounds, standard software is usually the sensible choice. Custom development may also be premature for a one-off task or a process that changes completely every week.

We therefore use the first conversation to decide whether building is necessary. Sometimes a better configuration, an integration or a smaller automation project is enough.

The price depends on the process, user roles, integrations, data migration and exceptions. Tixer does not charge per-user licences. The initial investment is 20% of the annual price, followed by 50% at launch. The company-wide subscription starts at that point.

Your proposal defines the first scope, initial term, what counts as a small improvement and which larger extensions require a separate estimate.
