Most clients prefer to keep their internal processes private. We fully respect that. As a client, you will only appear in a case study if that is something you actively want.
The old system could no longer keep up.
The application only worked locally and its fixed structure could not accommodate new fields. More workarounds accumulated over time, increasing the risk of data-entry errors. Client presentations remained manual too: build a PDF, upload it to Drive and share it again after every change.
